O casaco com airbag para Motociclistas

Já faz muitos anos que os airbag se utilizam como sistemas de segurança nos automóveis e agora também estão nas motos. À simples vista pode parecer que o blusão Hit-Air Autobahn2 é um equipamento técnico de moto normal e corrente já que se fabrica em cordura, tem protecções CE, forro desmontável, é impermiável e tem faixas luminosas.

Tudo parece normal mas no seu interior aloja um sistema de airbag muito evoluido. Conta com uma garrafa de CO2 na parte frontal que se activa mediante um tirante que se prende à moto mediante um cabo de aço.

Este cabo tira de uma bola que permite que se possa activar desde qualquer ângulo que ao saír do seu alojamento dispara a garrafa de gás e portanto o airbag, numa fracção de segundo (menos de 5 décimas).



O gás insufla toda a parte traseira do blusão e a zona do peito, com uma pressão de 3 kgs. Assim o pescoço, a coluna e a zona lombar ficam totalmente protegidas. Ante um impacto oferece uma absorção 38 vezes superior ao de um blusão convencional. O airbag activa-se uma vez a moto e o Piloto se separem, assim que se exerça sómente uma determinada tracção sobre o cabo evitando a activação involuntaria. Depois de aberto o gás vai perdendo a pressão e nuns minutos o blusão volta à sua posição inicial.



A mudança da garrafa é bastante fácil e as substitutas custam 20 €. Sem dúvida é um acessório muito interessante que aumenta considerávelmente a segurança do Motociclista.
