A Touratech está com imensas dificuldades ne entrega de grande parte do material que estão a comercializar.
Tenho lido em fóruns internacionais, vários casos em que as encomendas demoram mais de 1 mês a serem satisfeitas e muitas até (muito) mais do que isso.
Tenho mais de 400 € de material encomendado há 3 semanas e a empresa nem aos e-mails a pedir o ponto da situação responde.
Portanto, planeiem com muita antecedência as vossas encomendas à Touratech sob pena de ficarem mal.
A empresa colocou uma notícia no site deles a dizer que estão conscientes das demoras mas que estão a trabalhar no sentido de as resolver definitivamente, mas isso já foi em Junho e continua tudo igual.

This year has been full of surprises regarding the products that the Touratech factory in Germany manufactures. Touratech Germany has experienced an extremely high demand of sales and has therefore had to increase production. Touratech have also expanded the number of importers through-out the world in the last 12 months and since Touratech products are becoming more and more popular each year, this has taken the Touratech factory to its production limits as far as manpower is concerned. Unfortunately this high demand happened almost over night so was impossible to avoid. This increase of sales has also had a knock on effect with our contractors of items such as seats and bags who are also struggling to meet delivery dates for new batches.
Since the release of the 2006 catalogue in December, and the inclusion of 4 brand new bikes, we have increased our product range by over 300 new items. At the time we expected that this would cause some small delivery and production delays but we were not able to foresee the huge demand for the new products. To combat this the Touratech factory have hired an additional 50+ staff in the last 12 months and ordered many more machines in order to help them get back up to speed, but this is by no means an overnight solution and will take a little time.
If we could ask you to be patient with us during this busy period as we will get your goods out to you as soon as they arrive. We can understand how keen you are to get your new Touratech products but as I am sure you will agree that they will be worth the wait. Of course if you are worried that we haven’t received your order or that it may have gone missing in transit, please don’t hesitate to contact us BUT please do not try and pin us down to a specific date for your parts as the last thing we want to do is to make promises which we can not keep! When your order is received no money will be charged to your credit card until the parts are being sent out to you.
